Would just like to mention that I have just ordered a new car with one of your sales guys Curtis. After having been to many garages in the bay and Exeter, I can honestly say that Curtis was by far the most helpful, polite and went above and beyond to help us arrange for a test drive before we made our minds up. Nothing was too much trouble and we wanted to say that we could not have been treated any nicer. Thank you Curtis for all your help. So nice to find someone who is actually interested in the customer.
We picked up our new Cee'd 2 yesterday and wanted to write to you to express our thanks for the exceptional service provided by Curtis. He explained everything very clearly, I worked in a building society for 28 years and know a thing or two about customer service. We have purchased from two other Kia garages in the past and can say that our latest one was by far our best experience. A superb touch was the flowers given to me after picking up the car.
